All venues are fully wheelchair accessible, if you have any other needs, please contact us!
There is no dedicated blue badge parking next to the church, however there is on street parking around the church, which is free with a valid blue badge. Their availability might be unlikely, as Saturdays are usually busy. You can check alternative cark park information on the Exeter car park website.
We recommend to allow plenty of time for parking.
America Hall has three (3) blue badge bays.
We have reserved the Sunnylands room in America Hall, it will be set up to act as a quiet room should anyone require some down time.
We have decided to organise a bring and share food buffet to be set during the dances event. If you would like to participate and bring something, please be get in touch with our organisers Carol and Julia.
Since the wedding will be held in a church, we advise you to be considerate about your choice of apparel: please do not wear anything too short or revealing. If you plan to take part in the evening dancing, we recommend something loose and comfortable; nothing tight or so long you will trip over. Furthermore. high or thin heels are not suitable for dancing; low heels / flat shoes are recommended. Don't hesitate to bring a spare pair (flat, good grip) to use when the time comes.
If you want an idea of the lay of the land, we have sketched some floor plans for you.
